FARMERS MARKET

We are proud to offer seasonal produce from Local Michigan Farms across the state. This allows us to make the most of the seasons by having the freshest produce available. Below you will find our most popular salads, starches, and side dishes.

 

SALADS our most requested favorites

Whether plated, served, displayed in beautiful bowls at a food station, or as an addition to an appetizer display in mini "take-out boxes," all of our salads are crowed pleasers.

 

  • The Moveable Feast House Salad - assorted spring mix greens; tossed with candied pecan pieces, sun dried cranberries and organic tri-colored carrot threads with a house made cranberry vinaigrette

  • Warm Goat Cheese Salad - Mesclun mixed greens, tossed with a balsamic herb dressing, topped with a warm mixture of black and crimson lentils, roasted peppers, and a warm goat cheese crouton

  • Garden Salad - Mixed romaine, head, and leaf lettuce, topped with onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, herb croutons, sunflower seeds, and vegetable threads served with your choice of dressing

  • Spinach Salad - Tender baby spinach leaves tossed with warm sautéed mushrooms, crisp bacon, curried almonds, and red onions and topped with smoked tomato ranch dressing

  • Roasted Beet Salad - Roasted local beets on arugula, with White Lotus Farm goat cheese, candied pecans, and topped with Blood Orange Vinaigrette

  • Italian Chopped Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce chopped and blended with Asiago cheese, herb croutons, peppers, onions, and tossed with a creamy parmesan dressing

  • Asian Mandarin Salad - Assorted greens, blended with thin cut vegetables, almonds, and mandarin oranges topped with a sesame ginger dressing and crisp wonton strips

  • Quinoa Whole Grain Salad - With brown rice, wheat berries, dried apricots, golden raisins, diced apples, celery, carrots, and onions all tossed with a light mango curry dressing

  • Caprese Platter - fresh mozzarella marinated in basil pesto, slices of heirloom tomatoes and olives drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic syrup

  • Micro Greens and Strawberries - A nice mix of baby arugula, red oak, spinach and Mache, sliced fresh strawberries and balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Broccoli and Kale Salad - Shredded broccoli, carrots, kale and cabbage with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and honey poppy seed dressing

  • Texas Potato Salad - Redskin potatoes mixed with celery, onions, peppers, and creamy chipotle dressing
