Management

 We have over 20 years of experience in off-site catering – we are strictly in the business of “Serving the Freshest Catered Food”

 

Your event supervisor will be involved in the set up and check-in of all rentals to insure you are getting exactly what you requested

Bar Service

 We possess a liquor license and carry a $2 million liability insurance policy

TIPS certified bartenders that are trained in alcohol consumption management can be provided

 

Having our liquor license allows us to bill based on consumption "by the drink." This is the most cost effective way for you to offer alcohol at your wedding

 

If you prefer to provide your own alcohol, there is no corkage fee

Food

Our kitchen is licensed and approved by the local Health Department

 

Our food is made with the freshest seasonal ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible

 

With attention to color, texture, taste and presentation, all sauces and reductions are prepared with hours of slow cooking

 

Our trucks are equipped with ovens that allow us to cook fresh on site. This is how we insure the highest quality and freshest food

 

Chefs are trained in off-site cooking, to ensure that every event has consistently delicious food – even when there is no kitchen or running water available

 

Our bakery creates impeccable cakes and desserts, however, if you chose to outsource your cake, we will cut and plate it free of charge

Where it all began

         It starts with our owner Dan Huntsbarger, a 48-year veteran of the food service industry and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After refining his cooking skills at a number of great restaurants, Dan and his wife Carol opened their own restaurants. Both of their restaurants received high marks for creative food and great service.

 

          The catering division of Dan's company has been producing exceptional events since 1995. In 2004 the decision was made to focus all of our attention on catering. The goal was to bring our award winning food and service to every event no matter the size or location.
