Our Famous Potato Martini Bar
Put a scoop of your favorite potato in a disposable Martini up's glass.
- Ancho chile potatoes
- Garlic redskin potatoes
- Top with either roasted shrimp sauce or Portobello mushroom sauce and garnish with your choice of diced hickory, smoked bacon, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, duck confit, or scallions
- Smoked salmon "pastrami" style
We first did this 5 years ago and now everyone seems to be doing them.
Mexican Fajita Bar
Bring the taste of New Mexico to your party, just add the Mariachi band and some margaritas!

Mongolian Barbecue
Make your own stir fry! Requires 1 chef for every 30 guests.
- Shrimp, chicken or beef
- Assorted vegetables
- Chopped garlic & fresh grated ginger
- Diced pineapple
- Bean sprouts & water chestnuts
Picture a long barbecue grill with large steel woks sitting on a bed of red hot coals. Your guests walk through a food line where they help themselves from the following uncooked items. They take their creation to the chef’s at the grill & in a few seconds their food is cooked to order.
Your guests can choose to have their dish glazed with either pineapple soy sauce or red Thai Curry sauce with lemongrass.
