Every great salad features fresh, top quality ingredients with the perfect mix of herbs and spices.

Cobb Salad

  • Diced turkey, avocado, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, crispy bacon, green onions, and hard-boiled eggs on a bed of crisp lettuce. Served with your choice of dressing.

Asian Salad

  • Choice of grilled chicken breast or Asian flank steak on a bed of romaine lettuce tossed with chow mien noodles, water chestnuts, green onions, and toasted almonds in a delicate sesame ginger dressing.

Caesar Salad

  • Your choice of grilled salmon, chicken breast or beef tenderloin sliced and served on a bed of romaine lettuce, sourdough croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy Caesar dressing.

Chef’s Salad

  • Julienne strips of turkey, ham, Swiss, and cheddar cheese, hard-boiled eggs, tomato wedges, and black olives. Served with your choice of dressing.

Chicken Tortellini Salad

  • Grilled chicken breast with spinach pasta, Asiago cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and tossed with olive oil, basil, and garlic.

Wild Rice Salad with Duck Confit

  • Tender chunks of slow roasted duck with Minnesota long grain wild rice, dried cherries, walnuts, and a Vermont maple dressing.

Baked Goat Cheese Salad

  • Assorted baby greens topped with crisp bacon, a warm fennel, lentil salad mixture, baked goat cheese crouton and tossed with balsamic dressing.

East Indian Chicken Salad

  • Diced chicken breast with chunks of sweet apples, red grapes, dried cherries, green onions, cashews, and curry dressing, garnished with toasted coconut.

Tuna Nicoise Salad

  • Crisp Romaine lettuce, marinated vegetables, rare seared yellowfin tuna, and wasabi ranch dressing.

Southwest Chicken Salad

  • Spice seared chicken, blended with peppers, onions and celery tossed with a creamy barbecue dressing with lime and fresh cilantro.
