Dan, a 1986 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and his wife Carol have owned two award winning restaurants, Daniel’s On Liberty and Dan’s River Grill. They now devote all of their experience and passion for food to their catering company, “The Moveable Feast Catering.”

Dan has had the opportunity to personally cook for Elizabeth Taylor, Lee Remick, Paul Newman, and Bob Lutz to name a few.
Most recently The Moveable Feast Catering was the exclusive caterer for Lee Bollinger former president of the University of Michigan.
